IceBear Powersports specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of powersport vehicles, including including a full line of scooters, motorcycles, trikes, dirtbikes and atvs. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking motivated Independent Outside Sales Representatives to promote and drive the sales of our exciting product lineup.

Position: Independent Outside Sales Representative

Location: Nationwide

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell IceBear Powersports products within the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Showcase the unique features and benefits of IceBear Powersports products through product presentations and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, retailers, and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a positive experience for both the client and IceBear Powersports.
• Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product availability, deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make strategic business recommendations.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in outside sales within the powersports industry.
• Passion for powersports and a deep understanding of the features and benefits of different products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  
  

Compensation: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
