Key Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods affected by storm damage to identify potential customers
• Conduct inspections and document roofing damage using company-provided software
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Follow up with leads and manage relationships from inspection to project completion
• Work closely with team leadership to refine skills and boost performance
• Meet or exceed sales goals through diligent prospecting and follow-through
• Submit and track contracts and payments through company systems
• Meet with insurance carriers, representing Estate Roofing Inc on site
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined
• Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
• Ability to walk on residential roofs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be coachable, ambitious, and capable of managing your own schedule
• Bring your basic telescopic ladder with you to get started

Work Schedule
