Our client is seeking Paralegals/Legal Assistants to support its growing personal injury legal team amid increased workflow and expanding client needs. This new position has been created to ensure continued high-quality service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all employees. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to attorneys through legal document preparation, client communication, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Assist with the preparation of pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders
• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Adapt to evolving processes and priorities while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury-related experience in a paralegal or legal assistant capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
• Spanish fluency is a plus
