Paralegal II – Litigation and Regulatory

TJX has an opportunity for a paralegal with law firm, in-house, or government experience to support our high-volume Litigation and Regulatory team. This paralegal position will be responsible for managing service of process and other processes relating to matter intake and case management.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

This Paralegal Position Will Also Work With The Members Of TJX’s Legal Department, As Well As With Associates From Other TJX Departments, To Support a Variety Of Topics, Which May Include

• Subpoena responses
• Customer service matters
• Litigation holds, e-discovery, and records retention policies
• Intellectual property claims
• Notices relating to California’s Proposition 65
• Weights and measures notices
• Other litigation and regulatory matters, or administrative tasks, as the need arises
  
  

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate preferred
• 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal or equivalent, preferably with a litigation/regulatory team
• Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and efficiently, with an eye toward prioritization and follow up
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining records, compiling data, and following processes
• Comfort with technology; willingness to learn new IT tools
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with CounselLink and/or as a notary is a plus
  
  

This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.
