Part-Time Art Instructor – Aurora, CO - #306155

Location: Children’s Art Classes – Aurora, CO

Start Date: TBD

Pay: $28-$31/hour

While we don’t have an immediate opening, we’re always interested in connecting with qualified Part-Time Art Instructors as we continue to grow. We are looking for a certified art teacher with a minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience to lead some of our camps this summer and take on classes for our fall curriculum.

All supplies and a full, structured curriculum are provided.

Core classes are small and capped at 13 students per class.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a BFA (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of in-classroom teaching experience
• Curriculum delivery experience
• Strong classroom management skills

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work select week nights and Saturdays.
• Teacher may fill in for planned absences or emergencies
• Willingness to help cover summer workshops, special events, open houses, and birthday parties
