Job Overview
Cub Lakeville North is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part time cashier position! Cashiers at Cub follow front end checkout procedures in all transactions, maintaining positive customer relations, and expedient processing of all orders. This position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service!

Cashiers at Cub follow front end checkout procedures in all transactions, maintaining positive customer relations, and expedient processing of all orders. This position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates.
- Perform product scanning and processing of customer order in an accurate, efficient and prompt manner.
- Ensure properly handling of all forms of tender and coupons.
- Ensure accurate handling of all voids, returns, refunds and exchanges.
- Assist with customer questions or requests.
- Assist with front end maintenance and cleaning
- Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.).
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Memorization, reading, writing and math.
- The position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
- Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
- Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be 16 years of age and older.
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Walking on uneven ground
