Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Assist in building and maintaining community webpages
  • Update interactive maps for communities based on sales reports (sold, available, closed statuses)
  • Monitor third-party listing websites such as Zillow and Redfin to ensure listings populate correctly
  • Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and correct errors

Collateral & Marketing Materials

  • Create flyers for Quick Move-In (QMI) and inventory homes using listing assets
  • Update flyers to reflect changes in pricing, availability, and incentives
  • Support the development and maintenance of sales procedures and FAQs for communities

Online Sales Counselor (OSC) Communication

  • Support the delivery of accurate and timely information.

General Marketing Support

  • Help coordinate community events and photoshoots
  • Order and track business cards and homeowner gifts
  • Conduct site visits to sales offices to audit signage, collateral, flags, floormats, and overall appearance
  • Review and maintain community signage to ensure it is clean, visible, and up to brand standards
  • Research and document points of interest for upcoming projects and new communities
  • Follow up with vendors, marketing agencies, and sales teams to support project timelines

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Clear communication and organizational skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
