The Crown Is Yours
As an Associate on the Partnership Activation team, you’ll support the execution of crucial partnerships with professional sports teams and leagues. You’ll manage key components of team and league deals, ensuring assets are delivered seamlessly and aligned with business goals. Working across teams, you’ll help shape creative deliverables, streamline processes, and evaluate performance to maximize impact.
What you’ll do as a Partnership Activation Associate
We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is 57,100.00 USD - 71,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What you’ll do as a Partnership Activation Associate
- Work alongside the Partnership Activation team to execute our team and league partnerships.
- Assist the team with ongoing responsibilities, which may include submitting creative requests, spend tracking, project management, and other activities related to partnership activation.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide feedback on creative submissions that support partnerships and company goals.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements for the team.
- Assess partnership health and performance on an ongoing basis.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity to inform and support partnership activation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is required.
- At least 1 year of marketing experience with a proven success record, ideally in the sports industry.
- Highly organized, detail oriented with strong project management skills.
- Experience in sports marketing and partnership activation is preferred.
- Comfortable with a partner facing interaction and potential travel.
- A track record of success in fast-paced, analytical, and results-oriented environments.
- Ability to work effectively across various teams to drive shared outcomes.
