We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter who is an independent, motivated, flexible individual with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Johns Creek, GA team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Lite industrial recruiting Required
- Daily reports management,
- Managing KPIs,
- Weekly time clock and attendance management.
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
- Troubleshooting associate needs,
- Attending meetings with management when necessary.
- Staffing Industry experience Required
- Salary Range $55,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
- KPI driven bonuses
- Self-development bonuses
