Seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Nurse - RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Assess patient conditions, perform procedures, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and coordinate ongoing care with community support systems.
- Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days.
- Work involves managing care for patients with psychiatric disorders, including depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
