Role Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the employer in managing their personal and professional tasks.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and prioritize messages appropriately.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, such as meetings, parties, and appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
  • Research and gather information on various topics as requested by the employer.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and screen incoming requests and communications for the employer.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
