HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Phone Operator to fill an opening with a well-know Primary Care Provider in Pembroke Pines, FL!

Daily Responsibilities for Phone Operator:

• Coordinate with the patients if referrals or auths are needed
• Handle Multiple phone lines and heavy call volume
• Prompt handling of calls, emails, faxes
• Perform other office duties
• Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:30pm
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for Phone Operator:

• 1-2 years of medical scheduler/phone operator exp
• Customer service exp
• Exp with handling medical records/scanning
• Light insurance knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
