We seek a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient recovery through teamwork with licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and report updates.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members in inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings.
- Requirements include an accredited associate degree, current licensure, knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, and relevant home care experience. Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential.
