Napa Valley Care Center is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our compassionate and dedicated team! We're looking for Full-Time and PRN PTAs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and families on exercises and care plans
- Contribute to a positive and encouraging environment for residents and team members
- Active California PTA License
- Compassionate and patient-centered mindset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
