Results together with Ascension Saint Thomas, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team as a local floater in the Clarksville, Hopkinsville, Ashland City, Pleasant View, and Springfield areas!

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure
