Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a supportive, autonomous clinic in North Peoria's Vistancia community.

- Providing primary care for patients of all ages, including wellness and chronic disease management
- Performing specialized procedures based on interest
- Managing a patient volume of 18-24 per day with a team of Medical Assistants and administrative staff
- Maintaining a schedule of Monday to Friday with limited phone consult call
- Participating in a collaborative, motivated team environment
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Willingness to see patients of all ages
- Patient-focused, friendly, and team-oriented
- Salary plus incentives, starting bonus, loan repayment options up to $100K, and relocation assistance
