Description

Looking for a great schedule? Our weekend crew works 12 hours a day FRI to SUN.

Enjoy working with a dedicated hardworking team who know how to have fun?

The role of a Picker is to locate and pick all items that a customer has ordered from inventory by means of carts, racks, containers, etc. The Picker then collects all items in a safe and careful manner and places them in the Consolidation Area.

Other warehouse duties may be required, as directed by the supervising manager.

• Able to pick with speed and accuracy
• Enjoy meeting daily & hourly goals
• Arrive to work on time, you are reliable.
• Utilize warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as directed by management.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Employees will have daily performance goals which will be critical to success.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous "picking or stowing" experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet daily metric goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
