Planner, Digital Marketing - #170336

SUMMARY

The Planner for Digital Marketing is responsible for planning and execution of emails, SMS (text messaging) and marketing campaigns related to the execution and achievement of financial results. Oversee and update email marketing calendar and create wireframes. This role will require continual learning of brand priorities, opportunities and challenges, as well as adapting to ongoing consumer insights in a fast-evolving digital channel.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Email & SMS planning:
  • Assist manager in planning email content to drive sales, open rates, and click-thru rates.
  • Builds all wireframes and proofs email for accuracy prior to launch.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional business partners (campaign, marketing, HR, Ops) to plan and execute email.
  • This person is aware of email best practices and applies them for the best customer experience.

• Communicate issues, deadlines, and instructions to creative production, CRM teams, merchants, and online merchants for all email jobs
  • Review incoming email requests, verify for accuracy and content, and submit general creative requests as needed.

• Work with Marketing Analytics to analyze and communicate results
  • Provide recommendations to cross-functional partners for improvement.

• Partner with external vendors for accurate launch of digital assets as needed to support email/SMS campaigns.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education: Bachelor&s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 3& years Retail / Marketing / Merchandising Experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Demonstrated experience in executing accurate customer facing marketing vehicles
• Collaborative
• Multi tasker; demonstrate ability to manage projects at many stages of evolution or process
• Strategic thinker
