About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLC Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team. This full-time, salaried role offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art automation systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operations. You will play a key role in designing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems, contributing to the seamless functionality of our manufacturing and operational processes. With your expertise and passion for technology, you will enhance productivity and drive innovation in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design, program, test, and maintain PLC systems and interfaces to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on PLC hardware and software to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other automation or control devices.
  • Develop and update technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and programming archives.
  • Monitor system performance to identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements.
  • Train and support team members on PLC systems to ensure proper understanding and operation.
  • Stay updated on advancements in PLC technologies and suggest innovative solutions for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all automation processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with PLC systems in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and electrical schematics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to industrial control systems.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

100,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Lawton Plant)
