  • Manage a team of Program managers to deliver on portfolio of projects
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver programs on time, with high quality and maximize customer value
  • Manage and influence stakeholders for solution delivery, budget, revenue and scope management
  • Manage the portfolio budget with target & actuals
  • Drive improvements in the product development processes to increase product quality, program cycle time, and development costs
  • Ensure programs are staffed for success and present trade-offs to leadership to ensure smooth portfolio execution
  • Drive team engagement by managing and mentoring program managers in the team
  • Implement and improve Agile development processes and tools into existing programs/processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and partner with vendors as required by the program

Required

  • 10+ years of Hardware and firmware Program Management experience with average program budget of $5M+
  • 6+ years of people management (managing program managers)
  • Good understanding of product release process and PLM tools like Oracle, ematrix.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline
  • Experience with managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of projects
  • Experience in Agile product development
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Change agent who is a positive organizational influence

Preferred

  • PMP or PfMP Certification highly desired
  • Implementation history of complex program / portfolio releases

Bonus or Equity

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
