True Blue Pool is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and is motivated to help maintain pools at a high standard.

The ideal candidate preferably has 2+ years of experience in pool maintenance and repair; however, we are willing to train the right candidate! Applicants should possess strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry. This position involves servicing residential and commercial pools throughout the Central Texas area using company-provided vehicles and equipment.

Compensation

$20 - $25 per pool DOE

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
• Test, balance, and treat pool water chemistry
• Clean filters, baskets, salt systems, and equipment
• Diagnose and report equipment or plumbing issues
• Troubleshoot and assist with repairs and equipment replacements
• Identify potential leaks or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate service notes and work orders
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous pool repair or maintenance experience preferred; ideally 2+ years, though we are willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in high temperatures and perform physically active work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
