BarkleyOKRP is seeking an experienced Post Producer to join our integrated production team. This pivotal role is focused on streamlining and optimizing our in-house post production capabilities to support continued growth and creative excellence across all media platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who understands the unique demands of advertising post production. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, refining workflows, overseeing internal and external post resources, and ensuring the smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of work across broadcast, digital, social, and experiential channels.

Core Responsibilities In Production
- Lead and manage the operational infrastructure of the post production studio
- Refine and implement scalable workflows, systems, and processes for increased efficiency and output
- Oversee scheduling, resource management, and capacity planning across editors, animators, and finishing artists
- Act as the liaison between Production, Creative, and CX teams to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Work with HOP and Editors to understand and optimize post production tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Resolve, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships, freelance talent, and quality control across all deliverables
- Uphold organizational standards for file management, versioning, and platform-specific specs
- Drive operational best practices and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement
- 5+ years of experience managing post production operations within an advertising agency, production company, or post house
- Expertise in post production workflows, scheduling, asset delivery, and talent management
- Working knowledge of key post platforms and tools, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and project tracking systems
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Comfortable working across teams with varying creative and technical needs
- Experience working with post production teams and systems within an agency environment
- Familiarity with both broadcast and digital content requirements
- A strong eye for process improvement and creative operational support
- Be a team player. Have energy, curiosity, and an ability to maintain your sense of humor under tight timelines.
