What You'll Do
- Coordinate between clients, designers, and construction teams to align goals and expectations
- Review plans and documents for clarity, constructability, and code compliance
- Prepare project budgets, allowance schedules, and perform quantity takeoffs
- Collect and review subcontractor and supplier bids
- Build and update project schedules, tracking key milestones
- Handle permit submissions and track HOA/city/county compliance
- Work with interior designers to finalize product and material selections
- Maintain organized project documentation using BuilderTrend, Google Workspace, and other digital tools
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction coordination or estimating
- Strong knowledge of building materials, codes, and construction sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Clear communication, exceptional organization, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (mileage reimbursed)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Grand Junction, CO
- Full-time, on-site position (no remote option)
- Competitive salary: $60,000$75,000/year, based on experience
- Paid Time Off: 80 hours/year (accrues immediately, includes Colorado sick leave)
- $300/month health stipend
- Appleton Clinics membership: 50% company-paid
- SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match (eligible after 90 days)
- MondayFriday schedule, no weekend work
- Clear advancement path into Estimator, Senior Coordinator, or Project Manager roles
