Job Description Summary Responsible for setting up and maintaining supply of buffet items, taking food orders from guests, and following all rules and regulations regarding food service. Demonstrates a knowledge of menu or buffet items. Keeps work area clean and sufficiently stocked

Essential Functions

• Provide professional service
• Product Knowledge

• Promptly address any customer food service issues, direct to manager as needed
• Implement steps of service
• Follow safe food handling practices
• Maintain a clean and polished uniform
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Monitor buffet offerings and replenish as needed
• Follow Argyle Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1-year in food and beverage industry

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
