Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Equip Guides to lead Alpha's workshops with outstanding excellence
- Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks outlining best facilitation practices, engaging learning activities, and strategies to overcome challenges
- Offer consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student involvement and success
- Directly mentor a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides drive student learning via adaptive apps; your role is to train them to be exceptional motivators
- Lowering the bar – with a passing grade of 100%, it's your responsibility to uphold that standard
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll guide Guides through lively, hands-on, and energetic development

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields
- Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles
- Skilled in data analysis and utilizing metrics for decision-making and continuous advancement
- On-campus presence required in one of these locations: Sacramento (Folsom, CA); Orange County (Lake Forest, CA); Washington DC Metro (Chantilly, VA); Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC
- Authorized to work in the US
