Our probate division is growing fast, so we are looking for a probate paralegal.
Pay is commensurate with experience. There are generous bonuses and room for growth.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Clearwater location. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients;
- Drafting, filing, and serving pleadings;
- Managing clients’ expectations and returning all calls promptly;
- Managing a caseload from start to finish;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer service attitude;
- Professional attitude and appearance...but not too "stuffy"!
- Excellent organizational skills;
- You care about clients and possess a strong desire to deliver the best service possible;
- You like people;
- You are savvy with technology (computers, apps, etc.) and can quickly figure things out when you don't;
- You like talking on the phone;
- You don’t take yourself too seriously;
- You value personal and business growth;
- Lastly, you’re just a darn good person.
