The Product Analyst will be accountable for the coordination of designated work efforts, escalation of issues, and support of associated areas to ensure a successful EHR implementation and ongoing operations
Responsibilities
- Provides product support for Regulatory Products and 3M HIS products, including the 3M Web Coding and Reimbursement System (3M CRS), the 3M 360 Encompass System, 360 Professional Services workflows, the 3M Audit Expert/Health Record Management Software (AEHRM), 3M 360 eMD/Fluency Direct, and CDI Engage One software
- This position will work alongside other members of the Implementations Team in a support role, implementing new EHR integrations with 3M CAC (computer assisted coding) applications, as well as other new functionality and product enhancements
- The product Analyst II will perform functional testing and provide application support for new implementations, enhancements and other projects involving 3M HIS products, or for other related products that will interface with these applications
- The position provides IT expertise and clinical knowledge in analyzing and collaborating on IT and business opportunities to implement new functionality and implementations
- Works directly with the customer to resolve escalated issues
- Works directly with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve, prevent, and eliminate customer technology issues
- Provides training and education materials for diverse user bases
- Ensures HCA and vendors abide by contract commitments
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Previous experience with EHR and HL7 workflows/ data flows
- Previous experience working with 3M 360 Encompass (Computer Assisted Coding) preferred
- Familiar with UiPath Automation preferred
- Previous experience leading a project
- 5+ year(s) of experience in healthcare technology in an Implementation or support role
- 5+ year(s) of experience in supporting healthcare integrations and data standards (HL7, CDA, etc.)
