Position Summary
As our Product Manager of High Power Products for our RFM Group, you will be responsible for the overall high-power product strategy for our division. You will use your market and product knowledge to develop and execute growth plans to meet sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of our RFM power products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of our RFM power products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; advanced degree (MBA) preferable
- 5 years of experience with Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Aerospace, Defence, Space, or Semiconductor markets
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products - RF Product experience preferred
- Experience in analyzing markets and product applications and developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication

- Provide actionable insights from target market research
- Develop product business plan to hit sales and profitability targets that exceed market growth rates
- Establish a tracking mechanism to monitor progress against business plan goals
- Develop and grow close relationships with existing and new key customers and distributors to grow those key accounts
- Execute pricing strategy to maintain profitability targets
- Deploy marketing initiatives to generate demand
- Create new product development roadmaps and drive consistent NPI releases
