We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for innovative advertising solutions. You will work closely with experienced product managers, engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to identify, develop, and launch new products and features that improve advertiser performance.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for innovative advertising solutions. You will work closely with experienced product managers, engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to identify, develop, and launch new products and features that improve advertiser performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Assist in designing and executing A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging trends.
- Contribute to the prioritization and management of the product backlog.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as product management, marketing, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience in ad tech or digital advertising.
- Experience with performance-based advertising models (e.g., affiliate marketing, CPA, CPL).
