US: $240000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

- Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
- Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
- Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
- Holidays: 13 paid days per year
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience delivering 0 to 1 products on mobile and web.
- Experience with AI/ML and large language models (e.g., applications, prompt engineering, training and evals, quality, etc.).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to ship products at high velocity and with high scrutiny.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics.

- Drive the creation of consumer and business experiences, leveraging product instinct, experimentation, and decision making.
- Own the idea and strategy for integration of AI and agentic capabilities.
- Define market opportunity, set quarterly goals and OKRs, and operationalize strategy through product roadmap.
- Lead product definition and drive AI quality for Inbox features (e.g., requirements, training eval and strategy, metrics) in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
