• Communicate weekly production schedules from LOG Planners to Production floor and Liaison between Production floor and Planners/Management.
• Print, organize, and distribution of physical production orders for components staging against weekly production schedules.
• Reporting on production of physical units against Production Orders.
• Maintain report of reworks per day and do daily report out of quantities per BU and cost center.
• Reporting for Damaged materials Daily/Weekly: both 888 QMM and return to 511F items
• Run Daily Adherence report and weekly report on open T.O’s.
• Monitor MRO stock, supplies, and printers.
• Prepare the package of documents needed at the production lines (production order, BOM, quality alerts, workplace instructions).
• Create shipments for service orders and production shipments.
• Fill out supplier quality complaints when damaged components are found, with specific information (qty, problem, supplier, location where the problem was found).
• Backup for Production Personnel and Team leads.
• Trainer for Production Reporting.
• Knowledgeable of process flow, conveyors, computers (SAP, MSOffice Suite, Tableau, etc.) and customer order requirements for proper picking.
• Be a problem solver for both process and system related issues. Proactive leadership skills to include working autonomously.
• Maintain cleanliness in areas of supervision by developing and implementing a daily housekeeping plan.
• Maintain a high work ethic and set a good example for others to follow.
• Ensure all company guidelines and policies are adhered to and followed. Maintain the company’s safety policy daily and provide immediate feedback to any associate who might violate it.
• Step in and assist associates as needed. Monitor goals and objectives for responsible area concerning BPS and 6s.
• Must be able to contribute to lean principles within work area.
• Working knowledge of Blue Yonder, SAP, or JDA Warehouse Management systems a plus.
• All other duties as assigned by the Unit Supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of demonstrated experience in a qualified role, preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics.
• Minimum of 3 years Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar WMS system experience.
• Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and be cross-functional in the facility.
