The Role

As the Program Coordinator at Alsana, you will manage the operations of a specific program, including direct care staffing, milieu management, and client scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Program Director to manage clinical issues that affect the milieu and assists in implementing corrective actions
• Provides continuity and serves as liaison between treatment team, clients, and direct care staff
• Coordinates admissions/transitions to program, working closely with Director of Clinical Services and intake team
• Assists to improve efficiency and effectiveness of all operations at assigned programs by promoting the nursing team and direct care integration and collaboration
• Coordinates with client housing and ensures client safety and cleanliness
• Manages inventory for the operational function of both sites, to include client, outpatient housing, and office supplies
• Demonstrates positive attitude toward work and the workplace with behavior that supports administrative and facility decisions; creates atmosphere of mutual trust, harmony, acceptance and respect within the community
• Performs all other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in psychology or sociology or in a relevant health related field
• You preferably have experience with eating disorders or in the behavioral health industry
• You have a high level of written and oral communication skills
