Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of Program Management, Project Management, or related experience within the aerospace, defense, Cybersecurity, or advanced technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to support execution of development programs involving cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract requirements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Planning, Procurement, and Operations organizations to accomplish program objectives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal leadership, customers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of program management principles, risk management practices, and program execution methodologies.
- Experience using business and program management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or OpenPlan, SAP, and other scheduling or financial management systems.
- Ability to operate with limited day-to-day direction while demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and accountability in program execution activities.
- Understanding of how program performance impacts broader business operations, customer relationships, and strategic objectives.
- Ability to travel domestically on a limited basis to customer, supplier, subcontractor, and internal company facilities as required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US-DOD Secret Clearance.

- Deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions in a fast‑paced, technically complex environment.
- Ensure alignment with strategic business goals and customer commitments.
