Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter‑connected projects
- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinating cross‑project activities
- Leading and evaluating project managers and other staff
- Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities
- Applying change, risk, and resource management
- Assuming responsibility for the program’s personnel and vendors
- Assessing program performance and aiming to maximize ROI
- Resolving higher‑level project scope issues
- Preparing reports for program directors
- Communicating with customers regarding the status of orders and projects
- Communicating with various departments and senior management to obtain necessary information
- BS/BA in management or a relevant field is a plus
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident [green card holder], or other status as defined)
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
