Currently, we are working with DISH to create a multi-brand wireless telco and revolutionize the retail market Job Duties and Responsibilities As a Program Manager II in the Boost Mobile Platform and Project Management Team, you will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives and complex projects - Coordinate and support launch planning, including post-launch warranty periods - Managing and resolving risks or issues efficiently - Prioritize new project requests and manage project backlogs - Conducting team meetings and obtaining feedback and approvals for requirements - Providing project updates and status reports - Collaborating with IT and other cross-functional teams to ensure all business team members are included in requirements and customer experience meetings - Advocating for business needs with various teams and understanding the impacts of requested products and services - Promoting a culture of sharing, learning, and motivation among team members and cross-functional teams Skills, Experience and Requirements To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience - At least 3 years of program management experience, or a combination of education and experience - Experience launching products and services in the consumer market - Strong organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills - Ability to extract, document, and manage cross-functional team tasks - Self-motivation and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Collaboration skills and adaptability in a changing environment - Ability to advocate for business needs while keeping projects on track - Preferred experience in the wireless industry Salary Range The compensation for this position ranges from $72,350.00/year to $103,400.00/year Compensation and Benefits Boost Mobile offers a wide range of benefits, including health perks and new career opportunities.
