Your contributions are…

  • Manage the data input and generation of the Monthly Status Report deliverable
  • Support the Facility Manager with coordinating workshops and managing seating
  • Coordinate recognition, training, and team events, as well as teammate meetings
  • Manage technical staff training requests and stakeholder register updates
  • Act as a back-up Staffing Manager for interview coordination and set up, as well as aid in the onboarding of all new hires
  • Coordinate the addition of new teammates to the contract

Requirements For Your New Career…

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
  • 3-5 years of experience in program/office/administrative coordination desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, including intermediate Excel experience
  • Strong ability to work within tight deadlines, prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Keen attention to detail while implementing and following processes
  • Desire to learn about and/or manage other facets of the PMO as necessary
  • Familiarity with government contracting and clearance processing preferred
