This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled administrative professional who wishes to be part of our expanding team. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in helping our engineering staff successfully deliver Muller’s numerous projects throughout Colorado for state and local public agencies. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, helpful, flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks.

- Provide coordination and planning support to Project Managers/Engineers on multiple projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
- Assist project managers with drafting, filing, and administering contracts, contract amendments, and subconsultant agreements.
- Assist project managers with coordinating and preparing project documents and correspondence, filing, QA/QC compliance, and reporting.
- Utilize project management tools to support project scoping, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Organize agendas, minutes, and presentation materials to facilitate effective meetings
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, seminars, conferences, training, and travel for department staff.
- Proofreading, technical editing, and digital accessibility conformance work for a variety of documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or combination of education and related experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a project coordinator or administrative assistant, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Working knowledge of project/task management software; experience with Deltek VantagePoint software preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Demonstrates high level thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excels at building and maintaining professional relationships.
- A desire to grow personally and professionally while working in a team environment and providing outstanding internal and external client service and support.
