This is hybrid role in the Huntsville, AL area

Job Summary

• Accurately inputs and monitors jobs according to client and company procedures
• Enters jobs into internal job tracking program
• Supports department manager and staff with updates and disposition of jobs
• Routine and project specific correspondence to staff and clients
• Filing and maintaining project documentation and organization
• Interact with clients, coworkers, and customers daily
• Notifies various entities as needed to update work order status as project progresses
• Responds to inquires in a timely manner
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of data entry experience
• 3 or more years’ experience tracking jobs for a utility, construction, electrical engineering or telecommunications company
• Strong Critical Thinking skills and Attention to Detail
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Work independently and with little supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and routine office equipment
