About The Role

Are you organized, curious, and eager to make an impact? Join our team as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in helping franchise brands grow. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, working closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure tasks are completed smoothly and on time.

Whether it's tracking project progress, submitting task requests, or helping troubleshoot roadblocks—you’ll be the go-to person keeping things moving. This is a great opportunity to build your project management skills while making a difference for real businesses.

What your success will look like

  • Coordinate marketing and launch tasks for franchise clients
  • Track project progress using tools like Monday.com and Celoxis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, Support, etc.) to complete tasks
  • Communicate with external partners, including CMOs and VPs of Marketing
  • Submit tickets, feature requests, or content updates to the right teams
  • Help organize information from client websites and marketing materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and share them with your manager

Who You Are And What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 1+ year in project coordination or task management role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Comfortable working across teams and adapting to change
    • A proactive problem-solver who’s excited to learn
    • Experience with Monday.com or other task-tracking tools is a plus

Compensation

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

  • The base salary range is $55,000 (entry-level) - $62,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
  • The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
