This includes scheduling and coordinating field service activities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

This includes scheduling and coordinating field service activities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance of project schedules by providing regular updates to team members, ensuring timely project completion.
- Facilitate the coordination of project activities and information by organizing and scheduling team meetings, promoting efficient project execution.
- Assist the Program Manager in collecting program deliverables from the project team, ensuring all necessary materials are gathered for program evaluation and reporting.
- Monitor and track program and project progress using management tools to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Prepare project presentations and reports to effectively communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support various areas of project and program management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the team and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Previous experience in supporting project management highly desirable.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Suite applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards, while meeting productivity requirements.
- Ability to consistently maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
- Position may involve prolonged sitting and extensive use of computer/keyboarding.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying items such as files, documents, and office supplies, typically weighing up to 20 pounds.
