Job Description
You will be the Control Account Manager for the THAAD Program Management Office (PMO) team. Our team is responsible for managing post-production control accounts, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule performance, and driving program success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and analyzing control account performance, working closely with Work Package Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure contract commitments are met.

- Must be Control Account Manager (CAM) certified or be able to pass certification test within 90 days
- Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) / Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
- Demonstrated excellence at written and oral communication and ability to work across multiple business areas and locations
- Ability to develop positive relationships with customers (internal and external)
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
