Summary
The Project Management Manager is a dual-function leadership role responsible for the successful execution of all projects related to sales while also providing oversight and direction to the Client Services team. As a primary cross-functional leader, this role partners closely with Sales, R&D, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Packaging, Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to support a successful go-to-market process. The Project Management Manager is ultimately accountable for ensuring new customers and new products are launched on time, with clear alignment, proactive issue resolution, and a high standard of professionalism in both internal and external communications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all projects related to existing customer product changes and new business development commercialization from intake through launch and post-launch review.
• Build, maintain, and drive detailed project plans that clearly identify timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and critical path items.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings to drive progress, remove roadblocks, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues that may impact timing, cost, quality, or customer commitments.
• Provide Sales and Leadership with regular updates on launch progress, key milestones, risks, decision points, and open questions requiring commercial alignment.
• Identify trends, recurring challenges, and process gaps to drive continuous improvement of commercialization processes, tools, and best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Client Services team to ensure customer issues, requests, and risks are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with the Client Services team to assess individual productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement a thorough training program for onboarding new Client Services hires, and continuing education
• Coordinate logistics related to attending trade shows
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with at least five years’ experience in project management
• Strong organizational communication, scheduling and time management skills
• Experience in management and training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business-related software
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Directing and overseeing the Client Management department.
• Must maintain confidentiality of company financial and other sensitive and proprietary information.
Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop and kneel; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stand.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
• Lifting requirement: Up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment
Computer workstation and climate-controlled office environment. May occasionally enter production areas where personal protective equipment might be required to prevent or lessens exposure to airborne-borne powdered nutritional supplement substances.
