- We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and reliable project execution. As we grow our presence in the Greater Riverview area, we're looking for a driven and organized Project Manager to join our small but fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
As our Project Manager, you'll be the key liaison between customers, crews, and internal operations. Your job is to ensure fencing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing fence installation projects from start to finish
- Communicating with customers to schedule site visits, installations, and follow-ups
- Managing and scheduling installation crews
- Ordering materials and ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition
- Ensuring worksite safety and compliance with company and local standards
- Resolving on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Reporting progress and updates to company leadership
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- Proven experience in project management (construction or trade experience required)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable with technology (email, scheduling apps, mobile devices, CRM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
