Are you a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for leading teams? Then this position might be the perfect fit for you. We are currently seeking a Permanent Project Manager to join our Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing successful sales teams and projects.

Responsibilities

The Permanent Project Manager will be in charge of a wide range of duties, including but not limited to

• Leading and managing a sales team to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
• Overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of sales projects.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensuring the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Collaborating with other departments to align company goals and strategies.
• Managing and resolving complex issues that might hinder the team's performance.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the sales industry.
• Proven track record of managing effective sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
