We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead diverse projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing timelines and budgets effectively.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple complex ship repair projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade teams to meet schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, costs and risk factor.
- Lead cross-functional project meetings with staffs and subcontractors.
- Support planning, estimating and contract adjustments.
- Ensure accurate data entry into project tracking systems.
- Maintain strong relationships across departments and customers.
- Must have a CVN experience.
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Science or a related academic field, or
- AA/AS degree plus 2 years directly related experience, or
- 6 years directly related experience.
- Preferred to have a shipboard experience within a public or private shipyard.
- Must have a valid state driver's license.
- Must be familiar working in a naval-ship-work-environment.
