Job Overview

American Custom Exteriors LLC is hiring a detail-driven and tech-savvy Project Operations & Digital Coordinator to streamline our project workflows and elevate our digital presence. In this critical hybrid role, you'll manage our project management software, assist with operational tasks, and support digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Project Management Software Administration
• Act as the lead administrator and super user of our project management software (Contractor Foreman strongly preferred).
• Set up and optimize templates, user access, scheduling tools, and communication workflows within the software.
• Train team members to efficiently use the platform for project scheduling, task management, document sharing, and tracking.
• Generate data reports and dashboards to support project performance reviews and decision-making.
• Support software integrations with other tools as needed.
• Digital Marketing Support (As Needed)
• Develop and implement a social media content calendar, posting 4-8 engaging pieces weekly across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with our digital ad agency by sharing assets, campaign goals, and feedback.
• Monitor analytics to refine engagement strategies and share actionable insights.
• Organize digital assets, including customer photos, testimonials, and project media.
• Administrative & Operational Support
• Support the project management and sales teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
• Develop and manage internal documentation and file systems for accessibility and compliance.
• Assist in implementing office procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Provide general operational support to help keep projects and office functions running smoothly.
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Direct experience managing Contractor Foreman software or similar tools (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with business social media management and digital marketing practices.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads or willingness to work with external marketing partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general tech literacy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter mindset capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in construction or exterior remodeling environments is a plus.
