Roles & Responsibilities
Core Skills
This position is for Test Engineer.
Automate functional and performance testing of new and existing products as well as features; analyze user requirements.
Design QA processes, and procedures and establish test specifications.
Write, review and maintain test plans for feature functionality implementation, test cases, and scenarios; conduct test design and matrix traceability to ensure requirements coverage, and establish and validate acceptance criteria.
Write functional test cases for ongoing sprint and maintain all test cases; maintain test scripts & execution in JIRA/ALM.
Prepare automation assessment, application feasibility and development test framework under Karate/Cucumber that supports behavior driven development (BDD).
Write SQL queries and develop stored procedures to perform database related operations; develop and participate in UAT and SIT.
Analyze test results vis-a-vis functional specifications; and data validation, verification and conditioning.
Design and implement automation framework based on customer needs; and prepare effort estimation.
Job location: 5550 Granite Pkwy, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024. Must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country. No travel and/or telecommuting.
This position requires a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology/Systems, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer/Analyst, Systems Architect/Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
