PROJECT NAME: Quality Management

HRA JOB TITLE: Quality Analyst_1

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The InterScripts Quality Management team integrates all technical and quality assurance aspects of our cusomter's projects, including planning, implementation, and assessment. This includes the process of auditing and analyzing the systems which produce web-based and mobile applications to improve their functionality and add value to the users of the application along with minimizing the processing times for reporting. The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that the application’s features and functions are defect free and conforms to the highest quality industry standards.

Tasks & Duties

• Initiate and implement testing
• Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required.
• Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development.
• Ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards.
• Execute Integration test cases covering all integration points with other applications.
• Coordinate defect triage calls with design and development team.
• Coordinate with UAT team on UAT test strategy, and UAT test data.
• Coordinate UAT defect triage calls with UAT team.
• Helped team with performance testing.
• Identifying test automation scenarios.
• Facilitating Post production verification for various releases.
• Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
• Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
• Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.
• Managing QA team activities – QA effort estimations, task allocations, creation of QA status JIRA dashboards and reports, facilitating QA signoff on meeting the defined exit criteria
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business Analysis tools such as : JIRA, Quality center 10.0, ALM 11.5 &MS Visio, Rally, Confluence
• Minimum 4 Years Experience with SQL Server, LoadRunner, Jmeter
• Minimum 4 Years Experience creating, executing and managing automation scripts
• Minimum 4 Years Experience with QTP, WinRunner, Visual Studio, Selenium, Redwood HQ
