Doota Industrial America is seeking a QAQC Project Coordinator for our Telecommunications Construction Team. The QAQC Project Coordinator will oversee the quality assurance and control aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management principles.

You will have the opportunity to work in the newest and largest semiconductor manufacturing facility in Texas!

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain the quality program

Conduct field/project quality audits and assessments

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify quality issues and implement corrective measures

Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures

Monitor and track project progress, including conducting scheduled and unscheduled quality assurance inspections

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders on quality matters

Ensure compliance with General Contractor (GC) or client

Requirements

3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in the electrical/telecommunications industry.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Six sigma certified, preferred.

NESC, OSHA, ANSI certifications, preferred
