This role is responsible for ensuring Customer Quality Standards are maintained and fulfill customers minimum auditing.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles in accordance with Customer’s standard procedures
- Audit all areas required by Customer per contract agreement.
- Generate weekly audit reports and distribute accordingly.
- Maintain posted boards of all relevant audits and documentation
- Train new FIP inspectors
- Maintain CPO files.
- Assist when needed to drive, wash, detail and verify cars processed.
- Perform duties in other areas as required.
- Perform Monthly Company Safety and Quality Inspections and weekly Hazardous Material- Environmental Inspections
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Read and write English.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Some computer skills for data entry.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Work within a team structure and independently.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lifting, bending and doing a lot of walking inside and outside the building.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, preferred.
